3.9hp, runs and idles great. Everything works as it should. Has integrated fuel tank, 12v power source, and is air cooled. Very lightweight (about 35lbs) and ready to go. Put it on a canoe, skiff, plywood raft, basically anything that has a place to mount it. Come take a look and hear it run.
