1996 Lincoln town car signature

Good car just don’t have the motivation to fix it up, starts runs and drives, no lights on dash. No fluid leaks. Needs following things for safety.
Shock absorbers front and rear, air suspension holds air well, E-brake doesn’t want to disengage when pulled. tried loosening it up but I was unable too, works fine if you don’t use it. may need to replace assembly.
Would need some rust work on the rear fender, I believe just the driver side.
Hazards don’t work neither.
Front passenger window doesn’t work and neither does rear driver window.
I also believe it needs a wheel speed sensor as it sometimes has problems with the speedometer where it only works once your going over 30, abs is also a bit finicky due to this in the winter.
Other issues include the trunk seal being worn so it gets dusty and the sunroof leaking mildly in the winter occasionally. Also seems to have a lack of power I’m pretty sure due to a failing fuel pump. the fan only works on high speed and the ac hasn't worked since the first year I owned it. I’ve owned this car for around 6 years and it’s treated me well, it got new brakes and rear brake calipers about 2 years ago, also new all weather tires 2 years ago. I do oil changes every 6000 kms, did plugs not too long ago and air filter. Reason for selling is because I bought something newer. Good mild project car overall. Minimal rust underneath the vehicle. 244000 kms. Never had an engine problem besides the fuel pump now. Subwoofer not included in price.
